Fluted Peak is located to the southeast of Karcha Parbat at the Lahul and Spiti watershed in the Spiti Valley. This peak can be best accessed from the Losar village road in Western Spiti.
The lofty Fluted Peak was first ascended in 1958 by Joss Lynam, Jigmy and J M Stoppard through the East Ridge. This snow clad mountain, ideal for trekking, is perched at an altitude of 6,139 m in Himachal Pradesh.
