Founded in 1996, the Erode Sengunthar Engineering College is an ISO 9001-2000 certified institution offering a variety of degree level programs. It is affiliated to the Anna University and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education and Government of Tamilnadu.
The college offers B.Tech courses in Mechanical, Chemical, Computer Science, Electronics and Instrumentation, Electrical and Electronics, and Electronics and Communication branches. Post graduation in Software Engineering is also offered. The college has a well equipped library with a collection of 15,000 volumes, 5,503 titles and 136 Indian periodicals and 30 international periodicals. Separate hostel facilities are available with all facilities and amenities. College buses are available for the transportation requirements of the students.
