Dwarkaganj




Dwarkaganj is a minor town in Sultanpur District, lying on the banks of Gomti River. This town is situated on the Faizabad-Sultanpur highway, around 10 km north of Sultanpur and 105 km from Allahabad.

Parivartan Park and Amhat Park are important picnic spots near Dwarkaganj. These spots are covered with colorful flowery patches. Important fairs held in the district are the fairs of Sagara held at Sitakund and Lohramau Bhavani at Lohramau.

Dwarkaganj Railway Station, on Allahabad-Faizabad rail route, connects Dwarkaganj with Sultanpur, Pratapgarh and Allahabad. Amausi Airport is the nearest airport.
