Doliya Teerth



Doliya Teerth is a highly revered Jain pilgrim site situated at Doliya, in Surendranagar District of Gujarat. The temple enshrines a black colored idol of Bhagwan Neminath, the 22nd Jain Tirthankar, in the Padmasana posture.

This two storied is very large and splendid. There is a beautiful idol of Bhagwan Sankeshwar Parshwanath in the upper storey of the temple. In a small shrine there is a sculpture of Lord Krishna sitting in a chariot and blowing a conch shell. In another small temple, there is a sculpture of Dharanendradev and Padmavathi Devi worshipping Bhagwan Parshwanath, the 23rd Tirthankar of Jain religion. The Guru Mandir of His Holiness Acharyashi Ramchandrasurisvarji is worth visiting.

Doliya Teerth provides good boarding and lodging provisions are provided for pilgrims.
