Situated about 30 km south-east of Sangrur, Dirhba is an ancient village in Punjab. Folklore has it that Guru Tegh Bahadur, the ninth Sikh Guru, had sanctified this village with his presence during the third quarter of the 17th century.

Gurdwara Sahib Patshahi IX is the major attraction. Situated beside a deep pond, this gurdwara has three small cubicles and a square pavilion. Guru ka Langar and a holy tank, dug in 1978, are worth visiting. Spread over an area of 7 acres, the gurdwara attracts a large number of devotees.
