Dichpalli Temple

Dichpalli Temple is located 15 km from Nizamabad and is close to Hyderabad-Nizamabad Highway. Located on a hillock, this temple is dedicated to Lord Ram and is built of white and black basalt stone. An architrave greets you at the foot of the hillock.

The beautiful carvings of temple walls, ceilings and door frames are similar to the Khajurao Temple and display the craftsmanship of the 17th century. A tank, which embeds a pillared mandapam in the middle, is seen to the south of the temple.

The nearest railway station and airport are at Nizamabad, which is about 163 km from Hyderabad.
