Danua, also known as Kenduahi, is located in the northwestern part of Hazaribagh District in Jharkhand. It lies near the district’s border with Chatra District and is about 15 km north of Itkhori. Hazaribagh, the district headquarters, is around 60 km south-east of Danua.
