Chanshal




Chanshal is a snow covered range, which rises from the Pabbar valley. The Chanshal pass, at an altitude of 4220 m, is open from May to October. This pass connects the villages of Dodra and Kwar in Shimla District to the other side of the range.

The Chanshal range has numerous slopes, which are best suited for skiing. It is one of the largest ranges for skiing in the country.
