Buruqqu

Buruqqu is a small village located in Kargil District of Jammu and Kashmir. It is 160 km away from Srinagar and is south-east of Kargil. Tharumsa is in the west, Chhutumel in the north, Kutse in the east and Gurung in the south.

Buruqqu can be approached easily from Samar and Astangas. The nearest railway station is at Jammu and the airport is at Leh.
