Flowing in
Chamba District, Budhil is one of the tributaries of the
Ravi. Budhil rises from the slopes of the mid Himalayas near the
Kugti pass. Budhil is fed by a small stream from the sacred
lake of Manimahesh. Budhil joins the Ravi near
Ulans. The confluence of Ravi and Budhil is known as Kharamukh.
