Boktak lies near the Indo-Nepal border and is located in West Sikkim District of Sikkim. It is 10 km south of Dzongri and is around 30 km north-west of Geyzing.
Boktak is perched at an altitude of 13,200 ft above sea level. One can have a magnificent view of steep valleys against the Himalayan backdrop. It is a paradise for hikers and trekkers.
Civil Enclave Bagdogra is the convenient airport. Nearest railway station is Darjeeling Railway Station.
