Beohari is a small town in Shahdol District of Madhya Pradesh. It is located 100 km north of Sohagpur.
The Virateshwar temple dedicated to Lord Shiva in Sohagpur Vanganga and
Amarkantak, a major pilgrim center for the Hindus are some interesting places outside the town.
Nearest airport is at Jabalpur. Beohari Railway Station is on the
Katni-Singrauli line.
