Ben is located in South Sikkim District of Sikkim. It is around 25 km north of Namchi and lies close to the state highway linking Temi with Bazar.

Temi, famed for Temi Tea estate, is a worth visiting place in the neighborhood.

Nearest airport is Civil Enclave Bagdogra and Darjeeling Railway Station is the closest major railhead.
