Bandi Sandhara Dam

Bandi Sandhara Dam is situated on the river Bandi, a tributary of Luni River. It is an earthen dam with masonry overflow section. The dam is constructed mainly for irrigation purpose. It has a total length of 2,704 m and a height of 19 m. With a total catchment area of around 430 sq km, the dam has a live storage capacity of 25.98 Mcum. Jalore Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
