Annan Kovil Temple

The Annan Kovil temple is situated at Thirunaangur in Thanjavur District, Tamil Nadu. The deity of this temple is Lord Srinivasan (Krishna, or a manifestation of Vishnu). The deity is also known by the names Kannan, Narayanan and Anna Perumal. He is in a standing position, facing the east.

This temple is also called as �South Tirupati�, since all the offerings that are given in the famous Tirupati temple are also given here.
