Junput, about 40 km from Digha Beach, is an unspoiled beach offering a beautiful sea view. The beach is spotted with Casuarina trees.
Brackish water fish cultivation and research are done by the State Government Fisheries Department. Junput Beach also has a farm for breeding ducks.
