Panchchuli Glacier




Panchchuli Glacier is situated in the lesser known Darma valley, in the trans-Himalyan region behind the Panchchuli range. One can experience breathtaking vistas while trekking the routes to this glacier. The roadhead for this glacier is Sobla near Dharchula. The journey between Pithoragarh and Sobla takes about six to seven hours by jeep or car. The best time to visit is between May and June.
