Pallapatti

Pallapatti is a small town located in central Tamil Nadu. It lies between Karur and Dindigul, in Karur District . River Nanganjiar, a tributary of Amaravathi River, flows nearby. Pallapatti spans over an area of about 11 sq km. Aravakkurichchi (8 km) is situated in the north, Mulanur in the north-west, Palayam in the east and Vedasandur in the south. Dharapuram, Pannaipatti, Athoor, Namakkal and Palani are nearby tourist spots. Hotel Nandhini and Hotel Valluvar at Karur provide accommodation. Tiruchirapalli Airport is the nearest airport. Palaiyam railway Station serves the town. Karur Junction Railway Station is the nearest major railhead. Pallapatti can be approached from Aravakkurichchi, Karur and Vedasandur by road.
