Attur

Located about 5 km north of Chengalpattu, on the Chengalpattu-Arakkonam rail route, Attur is a village in Kanchipuram District. Walajabad lies to the west.

Singaperumal Koil is 7 km east. Uttiramerur, known for ancient temples, is 24 km away. The UNESCO Certified World Heritage site Mahabalipuram and Vedanthangal Bird Sanctuary are accessible from Attur.
