Narsinghgarh, a historic town of more than 300 years old, is situated in Rajgarh District of Madhya Pradesh. Founded in 1681 by Dewan Parasram, it is the erstwhile capital of the former princely state of Narsinghgarh. It is a prominent agricultural trade center in the district. Cloth weaving is the chief industry. Narsinghgarh is 83 km north-west of Bhopal.

Beautiful lakes with limpid water, lush green lands and meandering streams racing down the slopes of the hills covered with good vegetation makes Narsinghgarh a delightful place.

Major point of attraction here is the Narsinghgarh Wildlife Sanctuary and the Narsinghgarh Fort. Bada Mahadev and Chota Mahadev temple, Haji Wali Dargah and Soulah Khamb are the other places worth visiting.

The nearest airport is at Bhopal. Biaora Railway Station is the nearest railhead. By road, Narsinghgarh is well linked with Bhopal, Biora, Rajgarh, Guna and Shajapur.
