Rachungkaru

Positioned at an elevation of about 4,700 m above sea level, Rachungkaru is a small settlement in Leh District. The snow-capped tall mountains, the valleys and streams all around make Rachungkaru a choice tourist destination. Rachungkaru Pass is located nearby.

Rachungkaru can be reached from Nuruchan and Gyama. This beautiful meadow beside the stream can be approached from Kazur La also.
