Batmalun is a small village in Srinagar District of Jammu and Kashmir. It is about 5,134 ft above sea level and is near to Srinagar – the district headquarters. The place is also known by the name Batmalina.
Batmalun is encircled by Maharajpur (in the west), Badshah Kadal (in the north), Amira Kadal (in the east) and Rangrath (in the south). Lakhmanpur, Barzul and Rambagh are other locales around this village.
