The temple has a terraced appearance of which the lowest terrace has multiple projections and recesses. It has a platform with simple moldings and surmounted with sculptured niches. The niches in the corners and middle have bold friezes of dwarfs in between. The temple enshrines two-armed seated images of Lord Ganesh and Parvati.

The temple is in a dilapidated state. It has pyramidal roof of stepped courses, decorated with diminishing number of chaitya-dormers, which are unique.
