Betim is a fishing and boat-building village located in North Goa District. This village lies to the north of Panaji and links Panaji with North Goa. Main attraction of Betim is the Sikh temple. The Mogul domes and saffron pennant of this temple is visible even from the opposite shore. Villa Paradiso offers breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea, Mandovi River and Panaji city.
Ferry services operate from Panaji to Betim across the Mandovi River every 15 minutes. Betim can also be reached by a 10-minute drive from Panaji.
