Boondis are small, round, crisp sweet droplets made with chick pea flour. These deep fried sweets are very easy to make. Boondi is one of the most traditional North Indian sweets, served during festivals and at traditional wedding feasts. These are mostly served with yogurt to make boondi raita or yogurt dip.
