Chirala



Chirala is a coastal town in Prakasam District of Andhra Pradesh and was earlier known as ‘Small Bombay’ because of the huge varieties of saris produced here. It is located 350 km from Hyderabad and 90 km from Vijaywada.

Chirala is renowned for exporting hand made cloths, cashew nuts and sea food. Vodarevu Beach is an important tourist destination and is 6 km from Chirala.
