Khamargachhi Railway Station, also spelt Khamargachi Railway Station, is managed by the Eastern Railways. The station falls on the Bandel-Guptipara rail route. It is located about 3 km from Dumurdaha Railway Station. Passenger trains connecting Howrah with Azimganj and Malda pass through this station.
