Nakwaer Pal is a majestic peak located near
Pehjan in
Badgam District of
Jammu and Kashmir. This magnificent peak is 14,000 ft high.
It is believed that when Kashmir Valley was a lake, boats used to be anchored with this peak. At present, one can see an iron hook within the peak, known as Lal Khanen Gher. Shepherds and Gujjars from the nearby villages come here with their livestock.
