Mahemdabad

Mahemdabad is a small town in Kheda District of Gujarat. It is situated on National Highway 59 and is about 30 km south-east of Ahmedabad and around 100 km west of Godhra. Kheda is 12 km south-west.

Dhumkal Sanctuary, Anand, Dakor, Kankariya Lake and the historic sites around Ahmedabad constitute interesting excursions outside Mahemdabad.

Nearest international airport is at Ahmedabad. Ahmedabad Junction Railway Station serves Mahemdabad.
