Zong

Positioned at a height of 14,744 ft above sea level, Zong is a charming village located in the south-eastern part of Leh District of Jammu and Kashmir. It is about 24 km from Chepzi.

Zong is connected with Chumar in the west, Punguk in the north and Ukdungle in the east. Hanle Observatory, Hanle Palace and Hanle Monastery are some of the attractions within a short distance.

Zong can be reached from Demchok as well as from Hanle.
