Sri Ram Temple




Sri Ram Temple is a beautiful shrine situated at Dumuriput, a village situated in Koraput District of Orissa. The temple enshrines Lord Ram as the presiding deity. The temple is well known for a large statue of Lord Hanuman. The monkey god is shown in a kneeling posture as a symbol of veneration towards the deity. This statue is considered as the tallest of its kind in Orissa.

The auspicious festival of Ramnavami is the major event of celebration in this temple, attracting hordes of devotees every year.
