Spread over 750 acres of land, Sita Dohar Lake is located near
Sravasti in
Bahraich District. Sravasti-Bahraich road leads to Sita Dohar.
A haven to migratory birds, the lake is also famous for lotus flowers. Around 30,000 to 40,000 birds from different parts of the world arrive here each year.
The tourists visiting Jain and Buddhist shrines at Sravasti visit the lake.
