Shodan Chikilsa is an
ayurvedic treatment for the purification of the body, based on
panchakarma and swetakarma treatments. It is a 15 day package process which includes body massage,
snehapanam,
nasyam, verechanam, snehavasti,
pizhichil,
tharpanam, sirovasthi, steam bath and herbal drinks. The treatment purifies the whole body and creates a proper balance of vata,
pitta and
kapha doshas.
