Rasedar Aloo




Rasedar Aloo is one of the simplest dishes made in north Indian houses. The simple dish made with potatoes cooked in yogurt with ginger and cumin seeds are ideal to be eaten on fasting days. Traditionally, no onions are added. It is normally made on most festivals, to be served with poori or kachori.
