Nagda




Nagda is a major city on the banks of the Chambal River, in Ujjain District, Madhya Pradesh. Situated 60 km north-west of Ujjain and 10 km west of Khachrod, it is a famous industrial town in the state.

It is a major tourist spot and houses many ancient temples. Harsiddhi Temple, Shri Unhel Teerth and Tarana are the sites to visit.

The nearest airport is at Indore. Nagda Junction Railway Station is the closest railway station.
