Lhagyala Gompa




Lhagyala Gompa is situated in the West Kameng District of Arunachal Pradesh. It is about 80 km from Bomdila. The term Lhagyala means repository of more than hundred large icons. The Gompa was built in the 7th century by Kachen Lama. It is situated on the mountain side, near the Morshing Valley. The gompa has a beautiful view of a valley.

The nearest airport is Tezpur Airport (52 km), Assam.
