Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple




Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple in Mahabubnagar District is dedicated to Lord Narasimha Swamy (Lord Vishnu). It is a 12th century temple renowned as second Simhachalam. The vimana of the temple is adorned by beautiful sculptural pieces. The temple also has a five-storied tower. Brahmotsavam and Narasimha Jayanti are the main festivals celebrated here in the month of Phalguna (February–March) and Vaisaka (May-June).

The nearest railway station is at Mahabubnagar. Mahabubnagar is about 96 km from Hyderabad.
