Jinagiri Teerth

Jinagiri Teerth, managed by Shri Parshwanath Bhagvan Jain Mandir, is a beautiful three-pinnacled temple built during the period of Chola dynasty. The deity is the black-colored (original stone color) idol of Bhagvan Parshwanath in the Khadgasana posture. There is also another idol of Bhagvan Chandraprabh Swami in the temple.

There are many caves where saints had stayed to make penance. Inscriptions from the ninth to the sixteenth century are also found here. Every year a fair is held from the tenth to the fifteenth day of the bright half of the month of Vaisakha. Ulundurpet Railway Station is the nearest railway station.
