Jimmy Boy Cafe is located at Bank Street, near Horniman Circle
, in the Fort area
of downtown Mumbai
. It is one of the few Parsi restaurants in the city.
The house specialty is lagan nu bhonu, a lavish dish served on plantain leaves, which includes fish, fowl and meat, eggs and pulaos, a pudding in the middle and a kulfi at the end, apricot stews and aleti paletis. Khichri and saas ni machhi, Jerdaloo Salli Boti and dhan dar and fish patia are worth a try. Also on offer are an a-la-carte range featuring sandwiches, pastas, pizzas, juices and kheema and brun.
