Horniman Circle

Located in Fort of Mumbai, Horniman Circle, built in 1869, consists of a circular ensemble of buildings in Neo-Classical style arrayed around a central garden. Its design is based on Tunbridge Wells in England.

The buildings include the Town Hall, housing the Asiatic Library and the Central Library. Horniman Circle Gardens, a well-maintained park, forms the center of the buildings and is open to public.
