A unit of Swami Satchidananda Ashram, the Integral Yoga Institute in
Coimbatore imparts training in yoga and meditation. Its courses are divided into three levels such as introductory, Hatha I and Hatha II. Separate classes are available for children, ladies, elders and pregnant women. Private and semi-private programs, teacher’s training and counseling by professionals are other features. Apart, the institute actively involves in social service activities such as tree planting, feeding the poor, tutoring, temple-cleaning and yoga training for the destitute.
