Hainsar

Hainsar is one of the prominent villages in Sant Kabir Nagar District of Uttar Pradesh. It is 5 km east of Dhanghata and 32 km from Khalilabad.

During the first freedom struggle, it belonged to a Suryavansi named Lal Jagat Bahadur. As a result of his active participation in the struggle, the British confiscated his properties.

The highlight is a weekly market, which is held here on Tuesdays and Fridays. Food grains, cloth and blankets are among the articles traded on this occasion.
