Gobindpur

Gobindpur, also spelt as Govindpur, is one of the major towns in Dhanbad District of Jharkhand. It is around 7 km east of Dhanbad, the district headquarters. National Highway 32 and National Highway 2 makes a junction at Gobindpur. Charak Pathar, a scenic village, is a nearby picnic spot.

Dhanbad Junction Railway Station is the nearest major railhead. Ranchi Airport is the closest airport.
