Flat Rock is an ideal dive site located at the southern end of
Invisible Bank, about 90 km south-east of
Rutland Island, in
Andaman District.
The site is full of rocky slopes, boulders and drop-offs, which are covered in large fan of corals and plenty of sponges. Black unicorn fish, surgeonfish, mackerel, tuna, grey and whitetip reef sharks, nurse sharks, dog-tooth tuna, great barracuda and giant and bluefin trevally, moray eels and Napoleon wrasse are seen frequently.
