Deban or Devban Peak is a high and difficult peak situated near the south-east of
Kamet in the
Garhwal region. Standing at an altitude of 6852 m above the sea level,
Deoban Peak was first climbed by Frank Smith and Peter Oliver during their historic expedition in the
Valley of Flowers.
