Dadar




Dadar, a suburb of Mumbai, is south of Mahim and east of Prabhadevi. Parel is south and Wadala is east of Dadar. Churchgate is around 12 km south.

The area is divided as Dadar (East) and Dadar (West). From Dadar, you can visit the Central Mumbai suburbs such as Matunga, Kings Circle and Chembur.

The well known Shivaji Park, a huge playground, is the main point of interest. A famous shopping destination of Mumbai, Dadar has numerous shops selling a range of ethnic products, especially saris and jewelry.

Dadar Tram Terminus and Dadar Central Station serves Dadar. Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) operates buses from Dadar Bus Station.

The nearest airport is Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, which is 12 km north. Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus is around 10 km south.
