Chaukipura

Chaukipura is a charming town situated on the banks of Tawa River in the Hoshangabad District of Madhya Pradesh. It is located about 55 km to the south of Hoshangabad. Kesla (20 km), Chauragarh, Mahadev Temple, Handi Khoh, Satpura National Park and Bori Wildlife Sanctuary constitute enchanting excursions around the town. Bhopal Airport and Itarsi Junction Railway Station serve Chaukipura. National Highway 69 passes through this town.
