Beria




Beria is a small village in Khargone District of Madhya Pradesh. It is situated towards the north-eastern part of the district, about 15 km from Sanawad and 37 km from Khargone. The nearest major city is Indore, which is about 65 km away.

Two trekking routes start from this village; one towards Barwani District and the other towards the town of Kasrawad.

Ancient Lord Shiva temples at Choli, Omkareshwar Dam and Omkareshwar Shivlinga Temple at Barwah, Maheshwar and Kasrawad are some attractions nearby.

Devi Ahilya Bai Holeker Airport and Khandwa Railway Station serve Beria. By road, Beria is well connected with Khargone, Barwah, Indore and Bhikangaon.
