Barodol is a festival celebrated during the month of Chaitra (April) at
Krishnanagar in
West Bengal. The name 'Barodol' originated from the practice of worshipping 12 idols of
Krishna seated on a dola (swing). A fair is also conducted in the vicinity of
Rajbari.
