Bandavado

Bandavado, nearly 4 km south of Sigonem, lies in the southern corner of Sanguem taluk, in South Goa District. Located near the district’s border with the state of Karnataka, this small town is roughly 2 km from Netravali, home for Netravali Lake and Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary.

Rivona, dotted by rolling hills, lush green forested terrain and small cultivated fields, is easily accessible from here. Rivona Caves is worth visiting. Sanvordem Curchorem Railway Station and Goa Airport serve Bandavado.
